For meeting and conference needs, Douglas Lodge & Apartments has four different conference rooms:  

  • Four 10-seat boardrooms 
  • A 40-seat meeting room  
  • A 60-seat executive conference room  
  • All rooms are provided with flip-charts, projectors, mobile pin-boards and the use of a public address upon request. 
  • You and our dedicated event planners can tailor any event to your needs, making your function an unforgettable occasion.

  • Conference package is $26 per person  
  • Offering: morning and evening refreshment, three-course lunch, sweets and bottled water
